These terms govern your use of Pet Portrait Studio and the commissions we deliver. By placing an order, you confirm that you've read and agree to them.

Each commission is a custom, made-to-order digital portrait based on the photograph and personalisation details you provide. Every order includes up to two free revisions and a final print-ready HD file.

Once your final file is delivered, you may print, frame, and gift the portrait freely for personal use. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution requires our prior written consent.

You confirm that you own the rights to any photograph you upload, or have the right to use it. We will only use your photographs to produce your commission and will not republish them without your consent.

All prices are in USD and charged in full at checkout via our secure payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Pet Portrait Studio is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the version that applies. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page.
