Your portrait should feel like them, or it shouldn't be yours. If you're not happy with the final piece, write to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
Free revisions
Every commission includes up to two free revisions before you're billed in full. Tell us what to soften, brighten, or adjust — small details, larger composition, or a different mood entirely.
Memorial portraits are reviewed by a member of our studio team before delivery, with additional care taken to honour the brief.
How to request a refund
Write to hello@petportraitstudio.com with your order number (PPS-XXXXXX) and a short note about what isn't right. We'll respond within one business day.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What isn't covered
Because every commission is a digital file delivered immediately and tied to a specific subject, we cannot refund orders where a different pet has been requested after the proof is approved. We will, however, always offer a generous discount on a second commission.
