We collect only what's needed to fulfil your commission: your email address, payment details (processed securely by our payment provider — never stored on our servers), the photographs you upload, and the personalisation details you enter.

We also collect basic, anonymised analytics to understand how the site is used.

Your email is used to send order confirmations, proofs, and the final portrait. Your photographs and personalisation details are used solely to produce your commission.

We never sell or rent your data, and we never share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

You retain full ownership of the photographs you upload. We will only use them to produce your commission, and we will never publish, share, or repurpose them without your written consent.

If you'd like us to delete your uploaded photo and finished portrait file from our servers after delivery, simply write to us and we'll do so within 7 days.

We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your draft commission, and measure anonymous site usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You can request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it permanently at any time. Write to hello@petportraitstudio.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
